WOPHA Membership Refund Policy
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Women Photographers International Archive (WOPHA). Please read the following refund policy carefully before proceeding with your membership payment.
No Refunds for Membership Fees All WOPHA membership fees are non-refundable. Once your payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with membership benefits
- Early termination of membership

- There has been an error in processing your payment (e.g., duplicate charges).
- You have been charged an incorrect membership fee due to a technical issue.
- If either of these conditions applies, please contact us within 14 days of payment with your proof of purchase for consideration.
Membership Transfer WOPHA memberships are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your membership to another individual or organization, and no partial refunds will be given for unused portions of your membership term.
Payment Disputes In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, WOPHA reserves the right to suspend your membership until the dispute is resolved. Repeated chargebacks or payment issues may result in the termination of your membership without a refund.
Changes to Membership and Benefits WOPHA reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, and terms at any time. Such changes do not qualify for a refund of previously paid membership fees.

WOPHA Membership Terms of Use

7. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your WOPHA membership at any time by contacting WOPHA at info@wopha.org. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current membership term. No refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the membership term.
8. Code of Conduct
WOPHA is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all members. By joining, you agree to:
- Treat other members, staff, and participants in WOPHA events with respect.
- Refrain from engaging in any behavior that could be deemed discriminatory, harassing, or offensive.
